So make sure your headlines grab attention! When you use the company page on LinkedIn you get free statistics on your posts. It is also advised to join specific groups around the area of your expertise and get involved by often engaging.

Everyday between 9am and 11am in the morning. Google+ quiets down around 6pm until 7am in the morning.
